If you haven't yet hit a dead end in your faith journey, it is because you are not moving forward!

"Knock and the door will be opened"

The flesh sees no way through....it wants to retreat. But faith goes through and by going forward the flesh dies more and more. That's why it is called a "dead" end! cheese

God ALWAYS deals with His people through dead ends.

A few examples:

The red sea
The bitter waters at Marah
Feeding the multitudes without bread
Raising the dead
Peter denying Christ
THE DEATH OF JESUS

Add to the list if you wish!  cz054

God is training us to look to Him by faith and not rely on our own means and understanding.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. Prov. 3:5

Jesus asks..."why do you reason among yourselves?"

It is good, I like that..

we must be exercising our faith in our daily life  godloveu  things may seem like dead ends..but it is only working patience...  agreed
the father said he was sending the tribulation through the seed of Ishmael  and they are camped around us now.  Trust the Lord in the times of trouble that is near to all of us.   The Lord is coming.

Or, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the fiery furnace but turned way up to radioactive thermal nuclear intensity without wearing an asbestos designer suit and matching hat and gloves.  (We need an animated icon of a man on fire.)
